8 Ways to Earn Residual Income With Carelumina:

  • Immediate Income (Fast Start Training Bonus) – We believe that each Brand Ambassador should have the opportunity to earn rapid compensation through our compensation plan. Carelumina will pay you a $100 Fast Start Training Bonus for each newly enrolled Brand Ambassador placed onto your team that completes a short training module in their back office.
  • Residual Income – Earn residual moneys through our compensation plan while building a long-term business with Carelumina. Monthly residual compensation on products and services will paid to an active Brand Ambassador monthly for products and services for the prior calendar month.
  • Monthly Overrides – Reach a Manager status or higher and get paid m monthly overrides on all downline levels for a total of 6 levels at varying percentages depending on the Brand Ambassador level.
  • Leadership Bonuses – Our compensation plan offers several leadership bonuses that provide Brand Ambassadors with extra compensation in exchange for the extraordinary work and dedication given to Carelumina. Once a leadership position is surpassed and maintained then bonuses are paid on the qualified positions below the archived position.
  • National Manager Generation Bonus – A National Manager Generation bonus will pay a 1% bonus of total downline CV (commissionable value) within the National Manager’s organization upline to the next 2 generations of National Managers (or higher rank) for a max total payout of 2%.
  • Director Generation Bonus – A Director Generation Bonus will pay 1% bonus of total downline CV (commissionable value) within the Director’s organization upline to the next 2 generations of directors (or higher rank) for a max total payout of 2%
  • Presidential Generation Bonus – A Presidential Generation Bonus will pay 1% bonus of total downline CV (commissionable value) within the Presidential’s organization upline to the next 2 generations of Presidential’s (or higher rank) for a max total payout of 2%
  • Presidential Shared Bonus Bonus Pool – A Presidential Shared Bonus Pool provides income for Brand Ambassadors that have reached the status of Presidential on the overall commissionable value companywide. This bonus will accumulate and pay 2% on the overall commissionable value companywide. A Presidential Shared Bonus pool will be divided and shared equally between all Brand Ambassadors who have reached the status of Presidential.
  • Customer Specialist Shared Bonus Pool – A Customer Specialist Shared Bonus Pool will provide shared income for Brand Ambassadors who reach the Customer Specialist rank on the overall commissionable value companywide. This bonus will accumulate and pay 2% on the overall commissionable value companywide to all Brand Ambassadors who have reached the status of Customer Specialist.
